Benefits
of Coaching
Why
coaching?
As the march of progress
and technology continues, peoples’ lives are getting more
complex and often more stressful. While 21st century life offers
more opportunities – it also presents us with more choices.
And navigating our way through these choices can be a challenge
– that’s where we need some support. As an NLP Coach,
I will enable my clients to meet this challenge.
People are also seeing
the results that colleagues and friends achieve from working with
an excellent Coach. Perhaps it should come as no surprise that
seeking out a trained individual with superb coaching skills and
an outside perspective on our lives, can produce significant results.
So why else has coaching
become so popular?
People are experiencing the financial benefits that follow from
working with a good Coach. In particular, professionals who improve
their lives as a result of coaching are far more effective at
work and will generally command higher salaries or fees as a result.
As people become busier, prioritising their lives becomes an increasing
challenge. We have so many commitments, we don’t always
successfully prioritise those commitments. If you have ten phone
calls to make, fifteen emails to answer and the dry cleaning to
pick up – it’s not surprising if other issues such
as designing your life get put off – again and again. One
of the reasons coaching has become so popular is that a coach
holds us to our deadlines, our commitments and our promises. By
working with a coach, we make a commitment to ourselves.
Coaching offers people a way of dealing with important issues
in their lives in a non-threatening way. In the past, therapy
and counselling may have been regarded as the only solution when
we encountered personal challenges. Now there is an increasing
realisation that we have the resources we need within us –
and we also need some outside assistance to help us access them
and so facilitate our progress.
Most people go through life realising only a part of their potential
and sensing that there is so much more they are capable of. As
a coach, I enable individuals to experience the satisfaction and
fulfilment of being more of who they can be.
Coaching is a powerful partnership providing structure, accountability,
feedback and support.
As a coach I can be compared to being a personal trainer, keeping
my clients focused on a vision of long-term excellence in their
lives, and supporting them through the process of taking the step
to get there. Coaching is an incredibly valuable resource for
those who choose to work with a proffesional Coach.
As a Professionally
qualified coach I have the skills and ability to assist my clients
to gain clarity in their lives and access the resources they need
to solve problems and fulfil their dreams, this is both a sought
after and highly rewarding skill. It is an ability that I have
learnt by mastering the art of NLP Coaching with www.itsnlp.com
If you were seeking
out a coach and looking for just one individual to help you with
a vital element of your life, would you work with someone who
had done a few days training and maybe read a book or two? Or
someone who has completed many, many days training in NLP and
Coaching. My training ensured that I have hands-on experience
of real time coaching and my skills are fine tuned – I am
able to use all of my NLP training and coaching experience to
deliver life-changing results.
